Escamilla Construction, Inc. has teamed up with Basecom, Inc., as a Joint Venture,

to enhance the company’s capabilities and strengthen its bases in doing business with the federal government. Basecom, Inc. is an established federal government contractor, and an 8(a) graduate. Basecom, Inc. will share their knowledge and experience in their federal procurements business. ECI shares many years of experience in the private sector, but through its’ Joint Venture eff
orts, it will allow the company to compete in the federal sector. ECI will be able to expand its business and offer extensive experience in:
